This is a DPM processing that can protect QR codes and other alphanumeric characters at a temperature of 1000°C in a high atmospheric temperature range, while simultaneously suppressing the oxidation discoloration of metals.

A transparent heat-resistant coating was applied to SUS304, achieving a heat resistance of 1000°C. To protect against metal thermal degradation and enable identification tracking, QR codes were printed using a curved surface-compatible laser. This allows for the identification of each part while maintaining the aesthetic of the metal, and without using foreign materials like tag seals, it ensures recyclability and quality tracking management that can be recognized by smartphone cameras. Printing is possible on various parts, guaranteeing quality from the heating process management to the user.
